Nestle Fitness Les Mills BodyJam Dance Workout

Thursday, December 15, 2011

With my present health condition, the doctors have advised me to lose weight through proper diet and exercise. By doing so, painful attacks of my gallbladder problem will be lessened. So, I decided to start a diet program that I have tested to effective. I am talking about the the Nestle Fitness 14-Day Show off your Shape Challenge. I, together with 3 other teammates joined and won the challenge in November 2009. The secret of our victory was a diet plan wherein two meals (breakfast and dinner) were replaced by a bowl of Nestle Fitness Whole Grain cereal with skim or low-fat milk and 1 piece of fruit. Well, work-outs and exercise really helped us achieve  the targets, too. I took the advantage of using the Les Mills Body Combat work-out CD which I got for free from Nestle Fitness.

I got another free Les Mills VCD last night. This is the Les Mills Body Jam. Les Mills, the company that developed a series of internationally known group fitness classes  and Nestle Fitness breakfast cereals joined together to provide a fantastic combination, that is a great breakfast and a dance workout. Hurray to a healthier lifestyle.

The Nestle Fitness Flat Belly Exercise Program  is powered by a 20-minute Les Mills dance workout video/s. You can get it for free with certain Nestle Fitness cereal and cereal bar packs. So, grab a pack of Nestle Fitness now and try the BodyJam in your home. There are two Les Mills dance workout to collect.

If you wanna dance mambo, salsa and samba try the BodyJam Latin!

  1. I was wondering if you still have with you your Body Jam house video. I also had both videos when Nestle had the promotional offer through the fitness cereals but lost them somehow. If you still had them, maybe you can agree to sharing it with me. Thank you.
