Green Living Monday: Sunflower at PMA, Baguio City

We went to Baguio last February 2010. First stop for our 1-day tour was at the Philippine Military Academy where I took a photo of this beautiful sunflower.

  3. Haven't tried growing sunflowers yet. There seeds are edible when they're dried. Love eating the seeds, taste like pakwan seeds. Hope you can visit my Green Monday page too.

    @Mel: yeah sunflower seeds taste good, and it contains Mono-unsaturated fats (MUFA) good for losing weight (daw) :)
